Sogen本醸造にごり酒
ぬーIt was Christmas and I wanted a sparkling sake, so I searched for a liquor store at the station where I stopped by for work. I went to the liquor store and tried to buy this sake on a hunch, but the store staff reminded me to be very careful not to open the bottle. LOL!
I cooled it in the refrigerator, and the next day, I opened the bottle with reference to a certain izakaya blog (guarded by upper and lower bowls)... I had a little accident, but it was safe without any loss. If I had opened it unprotected, it would have been a big accident for sure.
As the waiter said, "It is difficult to handle, but it is great if you drink it," it has a taste and aroma with no unpleasant sensation at all, although it has a strong sake-like quality. The finely-grained unrefined sake must and carbonation give it a (physically) fluffy mouthfeel. Like a freshly made smoothie. It is not only delicious, but also too interesting.
It is sweet but has a good acidity, and the strong carbonation gives it a refreshing feeling. I was very lucky to be able to buy it by chance.
