My second bottle of Kutouryu Junmai, bought at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Nihonbashi
I'm not sure when I'll be able to go to Japan.
The bottle opens with the scent of blooming apples and an elegant apple aroma.
The taste was firm with a good balance of sweetness and a bit of flavor of the rice, a good balance.
There was also a nice firing sensation on the tongue that was pleasant to feel.
A little too much bitterness, but it didn't leave much of it down my throat.
I got more flavor when I drank it room temperature, that was really good!
Any temperature is ok, this was an easy bottle to drink!
