We only have a limited number of bottles in stock in Sendai area, but we managed to get one just in time!
The sweet and fruity image of Toryu is overturned by the acidity! But then, the umami taste gradually emerges from behind the acidity. For me, the acidity is too strong. Well, I can finish the whole bottle.
Recently, bear warnings have been issued all over the place, but when I visited a senior member's house of the Woodmen's Association, a captured bear was being dismantled in front of the eaves. The thick fat is trimmed off and the lean meat is cut from the bone. We also received some bear meat to share with our family.
Don't torture me, I said, without permission.
〜I'm not sure whether to grill or cook the bear meat...
