The fourth glass was an orthodox Mutsu Hachisen Black Label Junmai Ginjo.
Mutsu Hachisen has an image of sweet and tasty sake, but this one has a strong and robust flavor with a strong attack.
It certainly goes well with dishes with strong flavors.
