Today, I brought the rest of the "Mimuro-Sugi Hana-Kun" back from Yokohama on the Shinkansen, but there was only about 1 gou of it left, so I opened an extra bottle of "Daimine San Grain Harukaze Kasumi Nama-Shu Aizan" 🧡. I've had many bottles of Daimine, but this is my first time drinking Aizan, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it tastes 🧡. The aroma is not very long, but in the mouth you can taste the sweetness characteristic of Aizan along with a slight fizziness! It's not just sweet, as expected of Omine 🧡 There is a bitter taste behind the sweetness, which I think helps cut the sweetness. Hoho...

I don't visit Shinoda Sake Shop that often, but when I want to buy "Daimine" and "Kameizumi CEL24", I just wander over there 🧡.

Good evening, Mr. Kissey 😊Harukaze Kasumi looks delicious 😋The fire-roasted Aizan also had a very firm bitter taste, so I wonder if Daimine's Aizan has that kind of taste 🤔?

Mr. Manachie> I thought I didn't notice much bitterness in Yamadanishiki, but I clearly felt it in Aizan. Other people have commented on the bitterness, so I guess that's the way it is. But it is not a bitterness I dislike.

kino-san> I didn't think I would even have to use my subordinate's refrigerator, but this was also for the purchase of a fourteenth! It is also for my subordinate's work, so my subordinate is also in a situation where he has no choice but to stop.
