This sake commemorates 15 years of Tanaka Rokuo. The brewery is also celebrating its 170th anniversary. It seems that it was brewed with rice brought from Itoshima. We were lucky to get a bottle of Toyo Bijin and Hana no Koka. I remember that Tsukemen was called "Gansha" a long time ago, but I remember it as "Gansha" with a lot of fat on the back. I think it was a dirty store under the overpass.
