まさし
Satisfaction: ★★★★☆
I tried this wine because it was recommended by Sake-no-Wa.
It has a light aroma of fruits as soon as the bottle is opened.
It has a strong effervescence that makes bubbles stick to the boar's mouth.
When you put it in your mouth, the mild aroma is followed by a strong sweet taste, and then it wears off gently.
Anyway, it is sweet. It is a sticky sweetness, like syrup or honey.
There is a slight sawdust smell, but it is not bothersome.
It can be used as a food wine, but the sweetness may be too strong when paired with rice.
It may be a bit unique in its worldview.
