We have started to hear the sound of syumusubi (Japanese bush warblers) from the garden.
We still wanted to drink a refreshing sake, so we chose Kwang Suisen.
It is served with sukiyaki on my child's request.
It has a refreshing acidity and a clear sweetness. It has a sweetness that is typical of Omachi.
And sweet and sour. The bitterness at the end is really delicious!
Even though it is 13 degrees Celsius, you don't feel it is lacking.
It is one of my favorite sake.
I will drink it again.
