I have been drinking 寫楽 since I went to Fukushima Prefecture.
This was one of the bottles recommended by my wife after she expressed her preference at a liquor store on a business trip.
寫楽 junmai ginjo hatsushibori-¥2,192-.
It may be an exaggeration to say that it has a sweet aroma like a banana, but it has just a hint of banana. Sweetness, egginess, bitterness, and acidity.
The taste changes depending on the temperature, and for me, there is a temperature range where the sake tastes good when it is cooled down to room temperature.
I would like to try this sake again if I can come across it again.
