This is a summer sake from Mitsui no Kotobuki🎐.
They use malic acid yeast.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
On the palate, it has the same fully fermented dry taste as Mitsui no Kotobuki Dainariguchi +14, but the malic acid acidity matches and makes it easy to drink.
Maybe it's because I like sourness.
It was delicious 🍶✨.
