I brought this sake to a friend's house as a toast.
At 5.5%, it is refreshing and easy to drink, tasting more like juice than sake, but with a certain amount of umami.
The sake is sparkling, so you can feel the gaseous sensation, but it disappears smoothly down your throat with just the right amount of acidity.
If you are looking for sake-like characteristics, you cannot deny that it is lacking, but as a toast, it is perfect.
