ぐがげご
I scouted out a newly opened liquor store in Shinjuku Keio and found many brands that I could not buy at my usual place. I ended up buying five bottles.
Today I opened a bottle of KABU, which I had never seen on sale before.
It has a light thickening and a gentle sweetness from the rice, followed by a strong bitterness. I see why it is so popular. For a brief moment after putting it in the mouth, it tastes like Jyushiyo Honmaru.
