A summer sake doozy: ❣️ We have had it a few times for drinks out, but this is our first time drinking it at home. Today is the second time this summer that we have ordered fresh sea urchin in bottles, which is a tradition this time of year. It doesn't disturb the bottled fresh sea urchin, but goes along with it easily. It really is delicious on summer days 😋.
I also drink a lot of heated sake in the winter, but the taste of summer sake and heated sake is in opposite directions, and I love them both.
