I love Azuma Tsuru. However, this is the first time for me to taste the actual berries. The balance of sourness and bitterness is wonderful. The sweetness and umami are well supported by the sweetness and umami. It seems to be possible, but it is a taste that is hard to find. It seems to be better at room temperature than chilled. Our predecessor said it is good lukewarm. I will try it next time. It is also good lukewarm, but it seems to be better near room temperature (or is it sun-warmed?). It seems to be better at room temperature.
