Kitanokatsu純米酒 道産米 吟風100%
さかな🐟
Continuing from my last post, here is a Kitanokatsu. This one is Junmai sake. I bought a set, but this is the first one. First answer? First of all, I personally prefer the freshly pressed version. Junmai is also a typical Kitanokatsu sake. It tastes like sake, but personally, I think it's not enough. It's too easy to drink. It's like a good quality sake from the past. It's not so subtle when drunk at room temperature, and I think it tastes better when drunk cold. I think it should have more punch. It's tasty enough, but living in Tokyo, there are so many choices that it's hard to choose one.
