As the name of Ota Brewery indicates, Doshan is a distant ancestor of the brewery.
I found out that he has a grave in Kanagawa.
It just so happens that Kazuhiko Ohta is in Odawara!
This is a dry Junmaishu with a strong flavor, but the hidden acidity and good water quality are wonderful!
It's not heavy, but it has a sense of body. It's not as modern as the others, but it's not unrefined, and it goes well with food.
It's an exquisite sake.
It is also very inexpensive and really good!
It doesn't have the unique character of Shiga Prefecture, but is a national sake.
I love Kamakura, Shonan and Shizuoka so much that I've never been to Odawara, but when I learned about sake I suddenly felt the attraction!
I can see why Mr. Ota praises it as the best sake in Japan (I think he says it every week)!

I see, it is Ota Doshan👍.
I'm not sure what to make of it.
I'm sure you'll be happy to know that I'm not the only one who has a problem with this.

Every time! Mr. Haruei Chichi.
Sake has a lot of historical connections, so it's a double treat!
I'm especially happy that many of my favorite sakes are historical!
( -́ὼ ) It seems that there are more than 100 izakaya in Japan!
I forgive you because it is certainly a convincing restaurant!
