I think it is quite a standard Niigata 淡麗辛口 style. Though when opening the bottle there is slight cooked banana smell, on nose the lactic acid & rice style is more prominent. On taste it does not give you anything fruity, instead it is rice, yogurt, cream and slight umami at the end. The alcoholic feel is also prominent. Quite crispy in general.
