ジョナジョナ
Murayu's green label, with Jun Daigin grade.
Ripe melon-like aroma. Mellow and fresh sweetness spreads all over the palate, while the acidity is not so strong, but emphasizes the juiciness. A subtle astringency brings out the complexity of the flavor and the next sip.
Compared to this, the Konruri (blue label) tastes more like a white grape.
Kameguchidori is apparently made by bottling the sake as it naturally drips from the mash. This is an extravagant method.
