tomo
Sorry for the plain photo.
Here are my impressions two weeks after opening the bottle.
The aroma is of watery pear with a slight muscat-like nuance.
The taste is different from the impression of the aroma, but when you drink it, you can taste the umami and sweetness derived from rice. The fruity taste that the aroma suggests is not as strong as it seems.
In the aftertaste, the sweetness disappears first, leaving behind the umami of rice, a little bitterness, some astringency, and acidity in the mouth.
The carbonation was quite strong right after the bottle was opened, but the fizziness remained a little after a while.
Overall, the sweetness is strong, but the sharpness is good.
It is a very tasty sake.
