ariccy
I have had a draft of the same sake before, Roman.
Impression of complex sweetness created by four-stage glutinous rice brewing
The aroma is dense sweetness like melon.
And there is a slight alcohol sweetness and a honey-like sweetness.
The mouthfeel is very mellow and you can't feel the alcohol, but it is smooth and very easy to drink.
The taste is melon-like, but not as much as the aroma. Instead, it has a rich flavor with a distinct honey and brown sugar-like sweetness.
Delicious!
I have the impression that the raw sake would have a more complex taste, but it is a perfectly normal and tasty sake.
