Michizakura九頭龍 純米吟醸 生原酒

I just picked up my kids, and they said, "I want to eat out!" I wanted to eat out! We were going to have a light meal at a local izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but it was Friday, so we decided to drink.
I found a sake made from Kutouryuu, a rare sake from Hokkaido.
It has a clean white grape-like aroma, a rounded flavor, and a slightly sweet but crisp finish that doesn't interfere with the food.
I was not comfortable with drinking sake outside, but I was able to enjoy it without any problem because it was properly protected from oxidation with a vacu-ban. This is the kind of restaurant I would like to patronize.
