Mai-bijin Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu R1BY
I was torn between this R1BY and H29BY, but the brewer thought it would be interesting to compare this and sanQ, so I decided to buy them.
Well, this one is also very Mai-Bijin-like!
Perhaps because it has been aged for a year, it has an even richer and more expansive flavor than the earlier sanQ.
The sourness of the Mai-Bijin gives it a fruity flavor, but this one has a more diverse taste.
It goes well with sashimi, but it is also a good match for Western-style dishes such as cheese dishes.
In other words, the flavor is so good that it does not lose to the dish at all.
This is delicious. I will definitely buy it again.
