Overall 9 (out of 10)
I visited Matsui Sake Brewery and purchased this product!
The brewing water is super soft water.
Enjoying the aroma of mellow rice, a subtle woody aroma that lingers in the nose as soon as you take a sip.
It has a hard taste with no sweetness.
Delicious bitterness of grain and a hint of rice flavor
Sake that can be drunk slowly and enjoy the changes in flavor 🍶.
The aroma I perceived is as follows.
-Aroma: Aroma of rice
-Aroma: Aroma of rice
Taste sensation
The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum)
-Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste
-Sweetness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste
-Sourness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste
-Bitterness: 2 at the beginning → 4 in the aftertaste
-Rice flavor: Start 2 → Lingering 2

I like Matsu-no Kotobuki Hitogokochi!
The Shizuku label this time was delicious, so I'm going to try Hitogokochi too!
Also, everyone at each brewery was very kind and friendly!
We became a fan of Tochigi's sake breweries at once!

Yes, 1/3 of the fridge is now occupied by sake 😋.
I'm going to enjoy and savor it while remembering the brewery staff's explanations during the second half of GW 😃😃.
