Toiki Tokubetsu Junmai, Polishing 50-50
Unfamiliar jet black label
It's a real treat!
Later, I found out that it is another brand of Hakodate's Goho.
The "10" symbolizes the fusion of the charms of "San" Ki-machi and "Nanae" Iimachi, the combination of the numbers of each town, the wish for long-lasting friendship, and the Hakodate brewery's pure "iki" sake brewing style. The name "Toiki" was chosen to express the brewery's passion for making straightforward, pure and "iki" sake.
We will remember this sake as Hokkaido sake!
I heard that there is also a more polished sake called Ichi Iki.
