Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. Fruity aroma reminiscent of candy pineapple. The aroma is strong. After a smooth taste, sweet and sourness and a pleasant astringent taste spread quickly. The overtone of the aroma reminds one of the richness of Nachiguro (Nachi Black). It has a slightly long aftertaste. Aromatic and mellow sake.
