The label features a motif of wings and a sun, as a prayer to support the brewer as he or she embarks on a new journey or other "hare-nichi" (special occasion).
The top aroma is apple and pear-like, with a slight pineapple-like tropical fruitiness in the overtone.
The luxurious tag team of Yamadanishiki (20%) and Akaban Omachi (80%) from Hyogo Prefecture gives it a clear and distinct profile, but with a full sweetness with depth. It finishes crisp and clean with a chili-like sensation down the throat, and this refreshing aftertaste is surely shared with the sensation of being encouraged to start the journey!
