I almost never drink wine, so every year I drink the famous "◯Jolais Nouveau"? I honestly don't know what "Fat Jolete Nouveau" is. I honestly don't know about the "Fat Jolete Nouveau"...but I'll open the sake nouveau.
When I open the bottle, it has a nice fruity ginjo aroma ✨Although it's a nama-shu, it has almost no piquancy, but the sweetness is just right... delicious 😋.
However, I do notice a slight bitterness in the aftertaste 🙂↕️
Personally, I think it's more of an aperitif or an in-between-dinner drink than a smooth drink....
It's delicious, but I don't think it's the flavor I'm looking for 😭
I wonder if there is a flavor that surpasses Jikin, which is in the Hall of Fame...
I'm still exploring 🧐.
I like it better on the second day😍.
The bitterness in the aftertaste is reduced... the sweetness is increased... it tastes soooo clear 😆.

We had this one before too 😋It has bitterness and astringency as you drink it, and it gets better and better 😚 It's a bit hard to surpass Jikin 😅but this sip... I'm sure you'll find it! I'm sure you'll find something that will surpass Jikin 😅I'm sure you'll have a sip of this one!
