There was a Nero I was curious about, so I ordered more. It is totally different from the Toichi we had earlier, but very tasty and my favorite type. The brewer told us that although it is 13%, it is still a raw sake, and it takes two days to carefully grind the rice down to 49% milled rice.
I heard that it goes well with Caesar salad, cheese, and sweets, so I would like to try it next time.
