ヱセ飲ん兵衛
It's a new sake from Wakabayashi Brewery in Shiodaira, our hometown.
It has a pleasant aroma of lactic acid like a new sake.
Is the acidity a little strong?
But it tastes beautiful.
This is the first time I've had new sake from this brewery, but it's good!
I want to repeat it, and recommend it to my fellow sake lovers!
I'd like to find a chance to go and buy some at the brewery.
