The taste also has a full flavor, but overall it is a bit sour.
It is refreshing, easy to drink, and delicious while still being very drinkable.
It is not as sour as champagne, but I think it is close to its position in sake.
Sour and dry with a relatively complex flavor, making it a very versatile type of pairing.
