The bubbles are vigorous sake, though they don't blow because it was chilled. It is cloudy but not amazake, so it is not that sweet, and the carbonation leads to a bitter taste, so I would not recommend this to those who do not like sake. There are many nigori (nigori-flavored) sake available this time of year, and like Senkou Yukidaruma, this is a sake that is well-known as a representative of seasonal sake and is a must-have for those who want to get their hands on it. It is not a bad sake, but it is easy to drink, and although it is nigori, I think it is a beautiful sake. However, I do not think it is right for izakaya YouTubers to promote it as one of the three major nigori sake, even if it is for their own business.
