The carbonation was so strong that I almost spurted out. I almost gushed out after a long time, so I rushed to close the cap. I wonder if this carbonation is added afterwards. It is completely cider when it gets this far. The taste is delicious, just like rice wine. Slightly sweet. It's interesting, but it's a bit of a waste, I feel like the carbonation is getting in the way of the flavor. But it's interesting, so I keep drinking it.
