Taisetsunokura純米吟醸 生貯蔵酒

This is a souvenir from Asahikawa by a fellow sake drinker. It is light and refreshing, as if you are drinking water. The alcohol content is about 8%, but the bottle says 13-4%, so it is very intoxicating. It has no off-flavors and is perfect for a light lunchtime drink when chilled 🤗.
What is unusual is that the manufacturer is in Chiba Prefecture, but the production site is in Asahikawa. It seems that the company has several factories outside of Asahikawa.
