Shichida's new sake
There were two varieties, Yuyamanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, but I decided to go with the Yuyamanishiki one.
It had a smooth and fluffy mouthfeel.
It was soft and had a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
Delicious!
