At a sushi restaurant near a mountain pass in Hachioji.
Fragrant and gorgeous ginjo aroma💐.
The sweetness and spiciness are medium. I was surprised to find that the bitterness was classic.
The best part is that it's not a bad 🤗 pairing with sushi.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. I'm not sure if it's a Nagano brewery or not😅.
