Kagamiyama's limited bottling of 276 bottles of raw nigori sake.
It is dangerously gassy and contains 600 ml in a 720 ml bottle.
This margin makes it possible to open the bottle by opening and closing it to release the gas.
It has a very rough, rough, and extra concentrated taste, but it is also luxurious, with a 50% polished Aizan and a slightly effervescent taste.
It is only 600ml, so I was able to manaize it very easily.
I am a fan of Kagamiyama as a Saitama Prefecture sake, though,
I hope to continue to enjoy it.
