しんしんSY
Tonight was another fun night out.
I learned a lot from talking with people from different industries.
I'd like to keep drinking good sake with anti-infection measures!
We finished with Izumofuji Junmai Daiginjo.
It doesn't have the same ginjo aroma as Kamonishiki, but it was a great way to end the night!
Skepticism
The city of Izumo in Shimane Prefecture, where Fuji Brewery's brewery is located, is a place where many of Japan's ancient secrets lie dormant, and according to one theory, it is the birthplace of sake, the first sake made from rice in Japan. With the Sea of Japan to the north, the Chugoku Mountains to the south, Lake Shinji to the east, Lake Shinsaiko to the west, and the mother river Hii River, the setting for the legend of Yamata-no-orochi, flowing through the center, the area is blessed with the blessings of nature in every season, and a rich food culture has been nurtured. The name "Izumofuji" was given about 80 years ago by Shoichi Imaoka, the first head of the brewery, with his passionate desire to produce the best sake in Japan, which is loved in Izumo like Mt. Today, in addition to the first generation's idea, the name also includes the idea of "brewing Izumo and aspiring to Fuji. Although Izumofuji cannot be mass-produced, we will continue to brew good sake that is honestly delicious and connects people with people and people with food, with all our heart.
