At an izakaya called Fukou in Hanamaki, Iwate Prefecture.
The next brand was Masumi Junmai sake.
It is slightly sweeter and more umami than Tosatsuru.
I gave it to my eldest son, and he said he liked it better than the previous one. He said he liked it better than the previous one.
He seemed to like the softness of this junmai sake.
I paired it with fried flounder.
It was beautifully fried and the bones were easy to eat.
The Masumi went in easily too (laugh).
