I had it cold at a sake bar.
It is sharp with sweetness and acidity. I thought it would be more dry and heavy due to my preconceived notions from the label, but I was betrayed in a good way. Although it seems to be a food sake, it can be enjoyed without any accompaniments. This time we served it with tofu.
