The third brewery open this year was Imazato Shuzo in Hasami, Nagasaki Prefecture.
It was a pity that the scale of the event was small and almost exclusively a sales event, perhaps due to the corona.
In its heyday, there were mochi-maki (rice cake pounding), raffle tickets, more than 10 free tastings and bargain sales, etc. When Masahiko Katsuya was alive, there was a surprise talk show.
Even though it was a regular sake, the freshness of the freshly squeezed sake was wonderful and had a delicious flavor that could only be experienced at the kurabiraki.
