It has been a long time since the last moon after the rain. This Black Moon is a limited edition that is only released twice a year and is growing in popularity (it is 100% Omachi and popular among omatists).
The top aroma is fruity, with a ginjo aroma typical of junmai daiginjos.
It has a mineral-rich mouthfeel. Immediately, the robust flavor typical of Omachi spreads. The sweetness is also felt in the umami.
The aftertaste is clean and crisp, and the umami lingers briefly in the aftertaste.
The impression of a smooth and easy-drinking palate remained the same as when I first tasted it. It is 100% Omachi, so it was quite powerful, but I finished it before I knew it 😆.
