I always visit this restaurant at the end of the year for its all-you-can-drink manager's selection!
First of all, it was a rare black dragon!
It's a mouthful!
55% polished Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture, 15.5% alcohol by volume.
The aroma of ginjo is softly and discreetly wafting through the air.
It also has a slightly dry taste with a slight hint of ginjo aroma.
It has a clean and refreshing Ihyakumangoku-like mouthfeel.
The last taste is sharp and bitter.
I enjoyed 2 gou of sake without fighting with the sashimi 😊.
