Gangi純米発泡にごり

Among the spoils of this trip to Yamaguchi, this is the most anticipated: sparkling Ganki!
Ganki is one of my favorite brands of sake in Yamaguchi: ❤️
This was the first time I got to visit the brewery!
As soon as I entered, I saw this sparkling sake!
There were many others, but I narrowed it down to this one and bought it for later.
I thought this sake would be the last, but I couldn't resist and opened it today: ❗️
I was told many times to be careful when opening the bottle, so I opened it with trepidation.
Screw caps are amazing 😁.
I twisted it a little to hold it in and was able to open the bottle without it blowing out 👍.
It took 10 minutes to slowly release the gas 💦.
The taste is more gassy than I expected, almost like drinking champagne or a carbonated drink!
The good aroma of koji and the sweetness in the mouth makes it a perfect match for a 4-ounce bottle.
I think the clean aftertaste is because it has a good amount of spiciness and bitterness 😊.
I wonder if this is sold around here?
I think it's good that I bought two bottles of this product.
I'm currently thinking about getting a bigger cooler box 🤣.

Hi Robin 🐦.
I had a drink the other day too! It's delicious in this hot and humid season😊🫧.
I think you can find it in Osaka, but in Kyoto you can buy it at Isetan and Takimoto... 😦😦.
