As the name suggests, it has a gorgeous ginjo fragrance, which is typical of autumn sake. The texture is firm but the crispness is good. When I drank it, I was eating sashimi of yarikas, which was quite complementary. I still have some left over, so I'd like to pair it with a slightly Western-style meal.
