YSTJFureun Junmai Ginjo. This sake was developed by students of the Nakamura Yojin Seminar of the Faculty of Global Management at Nagano Prefectural University, who were involved in everything from sake rice cultivation to label creation based on multiple questionnaires, in order to confront head-on the issue of young people's lack of interest in sake. When poured from the label, which looks like a deformed version of "la vie en rose," the sake has a slightly amber color and a rich, muscat-like aroma. The slightly low alcohol content of 14 degrees Celsius makes it light and easy to drink. The citric acidity and fruity sweetness of the taste is like that of a white wine, but the umami is more like that of sake. We hope that this kind of sake will be an entry point to sake for as many people as possible!

ポンちゃんHello YSTJ 🐦. The brand name, the label design, and the fact that I'm not a young person, I would pick up this sake in a heartbeat 😆 I hope you know that there is a good sake that is easy to drink 😊.
