The top aroma is like smoked chips. When you drink it, you get the impression that it is full of sweet, sour, slightly spicy, and bitter notes. The sweetness and acidity continue gradually. The smoke aroma is impressive. The smoky aroma is also deep in the mouth. It is good both on its own and during a meal. Its savory aroma goes well with nuts and cashews. It also goes well with sweet foods such as chocolate pie. I can imagine a countryside scene with dragonflies flying around in autumn. I could also taste the astringency of rice husks. I thought this was the full-blown autumn color as shown on the back label.
I also felt something like the aroma of whiskey, as if it were a vintage sake.
