The color is slightly yellow. It is a little spicy, but not overpowering. It has a sour taste, but it is not hard to drink. The sourness comes to the throat, but it is not too much. If you add ice, you can drink it lightly. When it becomes thin, it becomes easy to drink with some sweet taste. It's interesting. It is easy to drink. The sound of the ice hitting the glass is also nice. It's not my favorite sake on the first day, but it's an interesting sake.
