Before you know it, it's the second half of August... 😨.
I thought it was so hot every day, but it seems to go by so fast... 😓.
I hope it will start to turn into autumn soon 😢.
Well, today... we opened a bottle of Sakurabana (old label) 🌸 from our favorite 🤩 Hanaka Shuzo, which is a standard series 🌸🍶.
However...this is the first time I've opened the old label 😆.
First of all, when you open the bottle, the aroma is sweet and fruity ginjo ✨I wonder what the aroma is close to 🤔.
Cherry blossoms, so cherry 🍒? Sorry, my sense of smell is a little too good to judge 💧.
I'm sorry, but I can't quite determine it 💧...the sweetness and umami come right away, then some bitterness...and then complexity 🤔.
This one is 💁 quite separated from the new label Sakurabana: ❗️
This old label is clad in a clean and beautiful taste while keeping the traditional sake feel 🤔 Moreover, it is cosier 🙆🙆.
The new label we drank before has a refreshing 🫧 taste that is reminiscent of the San-Do series 😍(the label also has a San-Do-like pattern).
All in all... the following impression is a brief summary of Hana no Kaka Shuzo's lineup: ‼️
If you are looking for a lightness like Champagne 🍾, I recommend the new label Sakurabana and the Sanchi series 👌.
If you want to enjoy the original flavor and sweetness of sake, this 💁 is the Hana-no-Kou series 🤣.
