しんじょう
Very light at 14 degrees (â-‰).
It is very light for an Akizuka, and the mouthfeel is very smooth.
It has a mellow, full-bodied flavor, with some acidity and spiciness.
The aroma is very pleasant when heated.
It is meant to be heated, but it is just as delicious cold.
I drink it cold in between warming.
I went to an event the day before yesterday and it was so crowded that I had to leave early.
It's a good sake in many ways!
Mr. Ota is from Tokushima
Etsukaijin, Asahi Wakamatsu, and other disgusting sakes!
The food was also beautiful!
