A touch of sweetness is faintly felt, but the flavor is soft and full-bodied. It is not a strong presence, but a perfect food sake. The aftertaste is also light and refreshing, but when served cold, it is not so dry. It is not so dry when served cold. When the temperature rises, it becomes a little tangy.
